Accounts Payable Assistant
Experienced Accounts Payable Assistant needed to provide for the distribution of funds entrusted to the BWC. Responsibilities will include preparing and distributing payments as scheduled or required; producing supporting reports and spreadsheets; maintaining data files of payees and providing responses to routine inquiries.

Post high school accounting courses and knowledge of specialized payable procedures plus minimum of two years of general office practices along with exceptional customer service, exceptional verbal and written communications skills and strong computer skills that includes proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Board of Trustees Intern
The Baltimore-Washington Conference Board of Trustees is hiring an intern for the summer. The position requires some field work, computer skills and one's own transportation are required. Associate Director of Spiritual Formation and Youth Ministries
Emmanuel UMC in Laurel is looking for a committed follower of Jesus Christ to join our spiritual formation team and work with children, youth and adults. A job description is available upon request. Position is half-time with a competitive salary. Experience in the United Methodist Church and a college degree are preferred but not required. Foundation Administrative Assistant
An experienced administrative support staff person reporting to the Foundation Director is needed. Responsibilities include basic bookkeeping; maintaining confidential client and donor databases; preparing reporting documents; ensuring compliance with internal control requirements and interfacing with finance staff, Asset Managers, Investment Banks and other investment staff.

Project Coordinator
Project management professional needed to support the mission, vision and strategy of Conference. Associates or Bachelors degree plus five years of related experience or equivalent education and experience required. Must possess strong organizational, facilitation and event planning skills with ability to develop, implement and manage project work plans and budgets. Ability to effectively function as an integral part of a team ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects is required. Web Content Manager
Web Professional needed to provide the administration, management and maintenance of the content of the Conference website. Will develop content independently and in collaboration with others. Will also develop strategies for and implementation of an expansion of the web based information system including resources for local churches and staff. Well-developed project management, problem solving and critical thinking skills with solid research, writing and copyediting abilities applicable to unique electronic formats required. Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience or equivalent in conceptualizing and implementing web site design and development required.
